Great Customer Service Experience Che

Just had to drop a compliment about Che (I believe she told me) from Verizon's customer service over the phone today. What a rockstar! My bill was suddenly missing my $40 military discount (even though I re-verified on September 25th as instructed) plus other issues, and Che sorted it all out like a boss. We were on the phone for almost 1.5 hrs, and not once did she make me feel rushed and never complained —even though I was her last customer right before her shift ended. I was only aware of this because she told me I put a smile on her face and how much she enjoyed our friendly interaction before we hung up. Ditto!! 

I've got ADHD, and I took our conversations in a million different directions, but Che kept up with every twist and turn.. LoL.. She was super polite, knew her stuff inside out, and just made the whole thing easy. It's great customer service people like her that make you stick with a company, you know?

So..... Verizon management, if you're reading, She's def a keeper. Give that woman a raise or at least a day off or two. She's earned it! It's not often that I run into customer service personnel that makes me want to write a good review. Usually quite the opposite.. Ha! Most are unsympathetic robots reading from a script, but not Che...She's exceptionally amazing in my book. Keep up the good work 😊
