I should have received a Verizon gift card of $200 for signing up with Veriozon Fios. the agent who signed me up mentioned this gift card could be redeemed anytime and would not expire as long as i have FIOS. But that i would have to wait 60 days before having access to this egift card. Today i tried redeeming it and an agent and supervisor stalled me so much and did not provide any help other than "checking". the supervisor gave me a number to call but it was just a phone number to activate card or check balance. Something I dont have. The supervisor mentioned the card was issued but that it had expired. this was the first time i was told it does expire. The agent name was Stravan (5/4/2025) but the supervisor did not provide their name. I requested multiple times to either escalate or be transferred to another supervisor and this supervisor kept stalling or giving me numbers that were not available today. this after a long time of them stalling. I want to file a complainf for stalling me and wasting my time on top of not providing solutions to the egift card I was promised when I signed up with FIOs back in October.
