Switched from Spectrum mobile back to Verizon has been a nightmare!
They tell yes, you can bring your existing numbers only to find when your new phone arrives that they assigned a new number to one of the phones.
Have been trying for several days now to to change this online in my account only to receive error messages and hours with online support chat saying they will have it corrected and then never do!
Then they tell me that I need to call another number now to troubleshoot this!!!
I sooooo regret switching .....

IMI, I'm sorry you've been having trouble. We're happy you returned to VZ, and we definitely want you to be able to use your number if possible. I've sent a Private Note, so we can assist.
