I’ve had Verizon 2 years now and it’s been a nightmare since day one of me switching and ordering my phone. I ordered the iPhone and was supposed to take a few weeks. Well my sister was told the same thing and got hers in like a week. A few weeks go by and I call to find out where my phone is and Verizon cancelled my order for no reason and didn’t even bother to tell me. Then I had to reorder it and wait again. They then talked me into getting the “Free” tablet which isn’t so free because I pay for it every month and the fee keeps going up. I was supposed to get 50% off my monthly service of my watch (that is completely already paid for bc I bought it at Best Buy) and tablet to come to find out nope it’s only 50% off one of the items monthly service. Then when I signed up and switched I was promised a $200 gift card. The 1st lady told me I had to sign up for it online when I ordered the 1st phone. Then when I ordered my phone for the 2nd time the 2nd lady told me no I don’t have to do anything it’ll just come off my bill. Welp never received the $200 bc I was told it was too late and I had to sign up online. When I got my phone I ended up at the store 3 times bc I wasn’t receiving calls or texts and my line was still connected to my phone I traded in. Now for 2 years I’ve had the worst service ever! I don’t get all my calls, I don’t get all my texts (which my stepdad text me when I was in the kitchen with him & I’ve still yet to receive it), I go into SOS mode, I’ve went 3 days without receiving any of my emails, I drop calls, calls failed, I try to play my online casino games and it tells me it needs my location and it can’t find my location, I had 2 hands in the past 2 years where I was dealt a $4,000 hand and all I had to do was press hold and enter but my phone circled and lost connection so I lost out on $8,000, I have a WHOLE notebook of dates, times, names of who I spoke to at Verizon in the store and on the phone, everything I’ve done with them on my phone.. Resetting the network, # this and # that, shut this off, turn this on, shut your phone down and I’ll call you back in 5 mins, network extender, changing the sim, you name it and I’ve done it. I keep getting numerous promises that someone will work on my network and call me back on certain days at certain times.. I’ve never received a call back. I’ve been on the phone multiple times for over 4-5 hours which they get paid to do, I don’t. I’m in court for a car accident and miss calls/texts from my attorney. I’ve had to call 911 before and it took me 3-5 times to get through. I’ve been told oh my area is just very congested and that’s why I don’t get service & they’ve been working on it. Well it’s been 2 years I’ve been told that so when are they gonna do something to fix it. I goto my friends, other family members and I don’t even receive good service. Yet Verizon wants to up my bill every other month. I’ve only received credit 2 times in the past 2 years for this non sense!
I turned in a fully paid for phone and been paying for this tablet for 2 years and they said if I wanna switch to another company I need to pay my phone and tablet off to switch. Well that’s not right bc I’m only paying like $5 for my phone a month (since I turned in my full paid off phone) so if I switch then I’m gonna end up paying like $35-$40 a month for a new phone bc I have the iPhone plus pro max. I wanted to upgrade my watch and I lost out on the $180 trade in bc they can’t get my service right and I don’t wanna be stuck with a new 3 yr watch contract when I only have 1 yr left with my phone and tablet. All around Verizon just keeps screwing me over!
