How can I tell what device on my account is pending activation?

I've recently added a new line to my plan, including a new phone and watch and upgraded another line on our account.  I was told that I had to switch our account to unlimited plus to get the new phone deal, which I thought I did, but now it seems only the new line is on unlimited plus and the rest of the numbers on the old plan.  

When I open the order from the "review details" page, it is just the device orders and doesn't give information on any pending account changes that are scheduled.  

Can I get some help on determining what is pending on our account please?

Having a pending order preventing other changes is certainly not an ideal situation, shamei1999. Congrats on the new line and devices. This isn't something you'd be able to determine on your own, and we will have to dive into your account and take a look at what is going on. Please be on the lookout for a private note from us, so we can do just that.
