I got pulled into a black Friday promotion and switched

I got pulled  into a black Friday promotion and switched from another carrier because we are moving to a rural area and we heard Verizon had better coverage. I have a large family and we opened 7 lines: 3 phones and 4 watches. But the account was flagged for fraud and I’ve been fighting it ever since. That was almost 2 months ago. Where the devices were all free as part of the promotion, we are on the line for a $1200 bill, 2 of the lines still don’t work, and my account is still locked for fraud. I am stuck and don’t know what to do. I tried returning all the devices the week after getting them all from frustration but there was a fee per device to restock them that would have been several hundred in total. I’m wishing I would have just done it because I’m still in the same boat but now it’s too late to return anything. Thanks to @Jessica and @Elizabeth, I got some help but no matter what they do, someone blocks it again. I guess there is a @Don Howard that blocks my account and I can’t get it to move past. Only @Jessica has ever called me back. Each time I call, it’s back to the same thing. After 3 months I’m going to switch back carriers even if it means paying off all the devices on my own, which will be a huge expense, but I can’t spend any more time on the phone getting nowhere.
