I have never received my $200 rebates for switching lines to Verizon

I ported three lines into Verizon from ATT with the promise I would receive a $200 rebate per line. I never received any kind of email/info on how to redeem/get the rebates. I started contacting Verizon MONTHS ago via phone calls and chat, plus visiting the store I made the switch at. I have spent HOURS doing this with no resolution. I have been promised MULTIPLE times that it was being looked into, that I would receive a call back and I HAVE HEARD ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! I am owed $600 in rebates and have gotten ZERO help from Verizon. Don't trust the promises made to you by Verizon! (I also added Verizon home internet with the promise I would get a chromebook free and so far can't get any when to help me redeem that either!) VERIZON DON'T MAKE PROMISES YOU DON'T INTEND TO KEEP!! HOW IS THIS NOT ILLEGAL??!! 😞

Same for me as well. I transferred 1 line from Sprint to Verizon in March 2023, spent days back and forth on the phone with fraud for identity verification, then finally got approved, the salesman on the phone was amazing, but couldn't accept payment via phone. Gave me a transaction # with all the info and the rebates attached and my plan was down about $70 a month, plus adding a $5 shared line for an Apple Watch with 50% off device, and adding an iPad line for $20 a month and device at $50% off, plus a $200 rebate card, and told me to go to a physical store, give them the transaction # and pay there. The monthly total for all plus device payments and taxes was around $130 TOTAL monthly for the Unlimited Go ($100 plan w/o discounts)
Went in to the closest store and the sales staff all laughed and rolled their eyes saying "I WISH they would stop recommending this. We don't have access to pay for that, so we can start a new transaction" I clarified and asked if I'd get the same rates. "NO, that's online only". SO no watch, no iPad, and no $200 rebate, and my current bill is $117 monthly.
Called the support line and was given a website, transaction id, and rebate code to at least get the 200, plus a 10% discount, and NEITHER one worked.
I missed out on a new watch, ipad, and rebate because of a system error with my identification status and the inability for phone sales and physical location sales to be connected. Cancelling my plan and transferring to a new provider.

I was contacted by a VZ representative directly after I made my post (in about 48 hours!) and all my issues were resolved today by that VZ representative. If no one has contacted you yet, I suggest making your own post and hopefully you get a quick response!
