I'm really very bothered by this...

I'm probably more bothered by this than I need to be. Every interaction with Verizon over the past few months has been horrible. Zero customer service. Zero concern for fixing an issue. It just seems like a money grab at this point. Yesterday, I purchased 2 new phones. As of 5:23pm CST today, neither of them will hold an eSIM for more than a few minutes. Every customer care person or technical agent has basically told me the same thing...."man, that stinks".

At the store yesterday, the store manager told me that they will not touch or activate my phones unless I pay an additional "handling" fee for each. $60 later, I still don't have activated phones. I reached out to the manager today. He told me that he does not have any appointments available for me today, so try back later in the week or next week...and be prepared to pay another $30 per phone. This is at a real-life Verizon store...not Best Buy or some mall kiosk.

Is it me, or has Verizon gone downhill recently...at a high rate of speed...possibly on fire?

I was told by Verizon customer service that I would receive a refund for the fees I paid to "activate" my phones, as they were not properly activated. Yesterday makes a month since I created this post, and I still have not received the refund. Verizon customer service has gone downhill for the past couple of years. They make it so difficult to even get to a person.
