When I call Verizon to ask for information about their plans and service, I was told an amazing story I thought it was a great deal, I spoke to the other people on my plan about it and heard the conversation with the person of Verizon saying how the plan was $30 monthly + tax. But if we in rolled in auto pay it will be $25+ tax. Everyone said yes let’s do it. I proceeded to finish the proses, and long Tory short, the lady didn’t fish all the set up process we didn’t had service until the next day because I spend hours with Verizon trying to fix the issue. By the time we where done I was told I had to wait until the next morning to fix the issues. I am still having trouble with the services and sad to say the metro pcs has better services, that makes mad. I was at a air plane show yesterday with my grandkids and I had no services even when it said I did. I could not text or call nothing and my grandkids that had metro pcs had service. But wait I can fix this issue by getting more date $15 dollars more per line. Why not explain the data limits when I spoke to them?
But to take the money don’t have a problem, ???

What service plan do you have? I'm not sure if what's going on is your port is stuck in limbo and hasn't finished - which would be one cause of your service not truly "working" - or if someone signed you up for the prepaid Talk & Text plan, which has no internet access at all.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
