I'm new to any boards, and it's my first here, so please forgive this in advance...
When I became part of Verizon, it started with problems having a second line that didn't exist & appeared on my credit report, albeit fixed now. Since then, between losing channels on Fios that were part of my plan before their adjustments to it, lack of my phone technically existing here as a gaming phone, news of my plan going up $4 needlessly & losing the Google Play Pass that I actually use on a single line, what exactly is left in staying? I like the service, but hate the efforts in having to milk everyone out of as much funds as they can. Verizon, prove to me that it's worth staying here! Otherwise, it's time to go.
Can someone please help me in this choice, cause this is very important. Thanks for listening.

Thank you Horatio_Cross for taking the time to reach out to share your experience with Verizon. Change can be difficult for all of us as technology continues to evolve. MyPlans are a flexible choice that puts you in charge of what you are paying for instead of a package that does not meet your needs or wants. Please reply to the following Private Message so we may review your services for best fit and value for you.

I'm sorry that this took so long to respond to. My apologies for the late response.
This grievance comes from a lot of the organization's "changes" to their processes & lineups that once were part of things. My FiOS viewing got changed a few years ago when your then top tier package got cut by making SCI, Discovery Family, & several other networks more expensive to see after the change. Not understanding why this needed to occur, especially since they're mostly Discovery networks that were affected.
As for my own issues, I honestly enjoy your network as you've been my prior S10+, my Xperia 1 IV, & my current Nubia Redmagic 8s Pro (although it doesn't seem to appear in your system for such as a gaming phone). However, this hit to the cost of that $4 might not be a lot for you, but this is A SINGLE LINE!! The only functions I still have now are the Disney+ joint package & Google Play Pass (which is my only other decent one, as GPP doesn't exist as an option on this new plan you're charging more for less stuff). Now, as part of recent news, I'm just going to guess that a "certain settlement" might just have a hand in these hikes, but I'm really not finding much use for this now, especially as I'm already pushing $90 now and your new setup's plan DOESN'T MATCH WHAT I'M ALREADY GETTING NOW.
So, that's where I'm at now. Budgets aren't very friendly for this & if it's not worth the changes, why stay? I don't need new, I need stability and the knowledge that excessive charges aren't going to be added to something that by all knowledge wasn't supposed to break $85 after taxes and some fees, cause I don't think all of those are coming from just this one line. In any case, thanks for hearing me out on this.
