Line was suspended

Last Sunday I swapped  the SIM card from a iPhone 8 to a iPhone 12, both phone belong to my family,  I think it is a  normal operation. Then  my line was suspended by anti fraud team, I got a email asked me to call 8884837200.

I called, agent told me they don’t have right to reconnect it, they just can create a ticket , it will be solved within 24h.

But until now, it was 4 days. I called , online  chatted, went to store in person. I Contacted a lot of agents, no one  has the right to reconnect my line. 

what can I do? Is there anyway could touch the anti fraud team?
