Locked out of my Wireless and Internet accounts

I recently accepted a free trial with Verizon Wireless, and about 2 weeks later decided that I wanted to switch my phone to Verizon, as long as I got to keep my phone number. After 2 days of back and forth with customer service, I finally have a Wireless account. I already had an Internet account previously.
However, now the second verifier on BOTH my Wireless and Internet accounts is the free trial phone number. I cannot access either account because the phone number associated with BOTH accounts is a phone number I never used. Please help me.
