Lost trade-in

I have been trying for over a month to get Verizon to provide me the credit for a trade-in.  I even have an email that shows it was received and yet I still do not have the credit.  I have put in an inquiry/ticket - have called Verizon and spoken with 5 different customer service reps for more than 4 hours total and yet still NO action on the part of Verizon.  I need help!!!!  I continue getting the run-around and have to re-tell the story every time.

I know how unpleasant it is for me when I feel like I am being runaround without a solution. We are happy to help take a fresh look into this and see what we can do to achieve a swift resolution. Since we will need account access, please be on the lookout for a private message from us.
