there was another thread with same issue no resolve and was locked, so im opening new one I ported from tmobile little over a month ago and unable to recieve mms from tmobile users, i bought a new samsung device from verizon please help me resolve this issue!!!!

We want to do all we can to ensure you are able to get your messages! Have you confirmed that other carriers are working? Is this only happening to individuals or group messages?

Have you always had android devices? If you had iPhone prior, their iPhones could be trying to send to iMessage if their device doesnโt recognize you are no longer iPhone. And is it only multimedia messages? You get regular text messages from them just fine, but not long messages that convert into mms or pictures, audio? You can possibly contact Verizonโs porting department to make sure everything is clear on their end.
