Major Issue: Fios internet disconnected immediately

Please escalate this issue.  I scheduled  a service disconnection online for June 28th as we will be moving to an area that is not in the service area. I even took a screenshot before submitting. Instead, my Fios was immediately disconnected, and I received notification that my disconnection was set effective June 12th - again, not what I entered when I submitted. This is a major issue as I work remotely. The only solution I was told was that I need to start from scratch (credit check and everything.) However, this is another issue as we are set to close on our new home in less than two weeks. That’s 16 days with no internet which directly impacts my work.  This makes me want to cancel my wireless plan, as well.
