Message Log Spreadsheet Download (From VZ Website) Not Working

When I log into verizon.com and go to usage and try to download the "Message Log"  to a spreadsheet the file that is downloaded is corrupted and is not a proper xls file.  I tried this on 2 different PCs and different browsers.  The usage download of the Voice Logs does work correctly.

Please fix this issue Verizon.  I have had the same issue since at least 5/19/2023.  They worked just fine before.

The Downloaded file is just filled with “PPPPPPPP”.  Please try it on your end VZ.

We're sorry to hear that this is happening. Would it be possible to try changing the extension to .xls and then try opening the file?

This has been happening to me for about 3 days.  The voice log spreadsheet download is fine but the message file will not open.
