Message and call log not up to date

Every time I try to check my usage especially text messages they aren’t registering on one device nearly as well as my main device. I know iMessages won’t register, but this log is days to week behind and I keep getting unable to process request when I try to check the website instead of the app

Being able to view your usage is very important and I want to make sure you're able to manage your other line. When did you start having problems with your usage? Just to be sure, are you able to check on the app, but not on the website?
