Does anyone know who to contact for My Verizon App help????

need both accounts showing in there. Shows only one. Who handles app issues. It works on the website, but not the app.

What make/model device are you having the issue on with the My Verizon app?  What version of the app do you have installed?  My moto z4 has v18.1.3 installed.

...Just another VZW customer...trying to offer some assistance...

App is up to date.  This is probably caused by a pending order. Ticket is open. Developers looking at it   Never had any problems w the app before  on same phone.  Happened right after I switched wireless plans. Good thing I researched plans bc they never told me ab the pre paid ones.

Hello, gmopro1. Help is here. Please tell me more regarding the account in question. Are they both consumer accounts or is one of them a business account? Please advise.

There is a ticket opened.

Some developers r working on it and due on tues by 9p supposedly.

Some fios tech said it may be due to my pending order for upgraded internet but I am not sure.  Maybe it is due to signing up for new wireless plan.  IDK.  Just want it to work properly. Need these apps and website working and easier to work with.
