I was checking deals online and to completely switch all my lines (4) from AT&T. I had a small issue continuing the order online because I didn’t understand some transfer numbers they were asking for. I connected with a verizon representative who said they would process the order and I can just cancel the online one I started.  Ok, fine, we started and I switched all 4 phones plus added 2 ipads. The order was supposedly sent out in 3 different shipments (2 from UPS & 1 from Fedex). I got the delivery from FedEx which had only 3 items. UPS sent back both packages claiming the address was wrong and now I cant get the “new customer” promotion because I have to reorder and that would put me as an “upgrade” customer since I got 3 items already, and they activated the line. I have called over, and over, and over, and over again but no one cares. It just makes me soooo sad that I have been been with AT&T soo long and decided to switch because of their international plan, but now I feel like I’m paying for this mistake, literally. This experience is such a headache. The fact that I never even activated the line since I couldn’t disconnect my current carrier until I got all the phones from Verizon. So I’m still active with Att and Verizon started billing me for lines I can’t use. I refuse to have this affect my credit that was no fault of my own. I just feel like I now hate this company. Too unorganized.
