I wrote out my question at the website, and when I submitted it I was told I had to enroll in this forum. I did, but everything I wrote was gone.
Why does the new bill show no data usage by device? It shows pages of taxes and fees of less than $1.00, which I doubt anyone cares about. But some people probably do care about knowing if they seem to be approaching the data limit on their plan, and being able to see which device(s) is the cause. But it's gone. The Chat line told me it was available at the website, but following what appear to be the right links to see usage by device I'm told that information isn't available to me. Why is my data usage by device such a big secret?
And if the data, more specifically the amount of data available to you, is the principal distinguishing characteristic among many of the Verizon plans, why is there no Board topic for data?

Keeping tabs on how much data that has been used is definitely important if you're on an older plan with a limited amount of mobile data, ams2rt. We definitely want to make sure you have the tools to monitor that usage. You mentioned that you were provided steps to review this detail online, but did not have any success. What steps were you following? What specific error did you encounter?
