Not Getting 2-Factor Authentication or Verification Codes

We recently moved to verizon from att. We moved 4 phone numbers with one bring your own device, two new iphones and one new galaxy. None of our phones are receiving text verifications for banking, some of our work verifications,etc. Regular text is fine. Just verification and short code. All porting is verified as complete. I spent hours on phone and in chat trying to get this resolved with no solution. Can anyone assist?

I found this elsewhere which you could try. With all your phones not getting short code texts, it is not the devices, but something with your account or Verizon.
"The issue was with my account in Verizon. I had to call tech support and get to their escalation team. I found this on a Verizon support forum page after posting here. I described the problem, explained what I had done (clear cache, force stop, restart, tried different SMS apps) and asked her to run the short code CA tool. She ran that and refreshed a bunch of network settings on her end, had me restart my phone > repeated all of that on her end > "fixed" corruptions with my account data > restarted my phone again and around 10 minutes later all of the missed text messages flooded in at once."
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I am on verizon but through xfinity account. Can verizon help me directly, because xfinity is useless?
