I have been stressing over Verizons representatives for two weeks now! My son's Google pixel 6 a screen went black and will not turn back on. I've tried every fix available. Then Verizon told me it was covered and I was extremely relieved. They said call the tech support and they'll take care of you! Two weeks later I'm still paying for a phone that cannot be used and nothing has happened! I've been left on hold overnight and they never returned back to the call! That's happened twice now! Now return calls, nothing. They say it's not covered... They also think it's a $50 prepaid TCL bc I put the sim card in a old phone just to see if he could use it temporarily. Now these people think it's a TCL... this is the most ridiculous and stupidest situation I've ever encountered... I'm about to transfer to a different provider.. Verizon is not the same as they were when I was younger...
