Online Account Issue

I am having an issue with my online account, this is happening in both the my Verizon app and desktop computer (Firefox and Chrome). If I attempt to view my plan (which is currently fios land line) or add any type of additional service, I am receiving the error below.  My account appears to not have full access, and I am unaware of any reason this would be so. I am asking for this to be resolved. Before I add any additional service, I will need this to be fixed.
