Help! My sister and I both tried to order new phones and begin new service. Then the ID Verification nightmare began. Eventually ending with orders canceled. So my question is how do we start service, without going into a store, successfully? Can I place an order with a rep who can verify everything for me beforehand online?

I am having the exact issue I am considering canceling my new service . I tried to add two more line and they are saying canceled canโt verify my identity ? If this order isnโt rectified today I will be canceling
If there is somebody from Verizon looking at this ***** order number and location code 1434901 in store pickup I am already a memenrr and they are telling me my order being canceled and thereโs no information different . I will be canceling my service if this is an issue
