Order canceled and ID verification help

Help! My sister and I both tried to order new phones and begin new service. Then the ID Verification nightmare began. Eventually ending with orders canceled. So my question is how do we start service, without going into a store, successfully? Can I place an order with a rep who can verify everything for me beforehand online?

We're sorry to read about the issue with getting your order canceled. You can call in and have a sales agent help you get the order done. What happened when you tried to verify your ID? ~Peter

I am having the exact issue I am considering canceling my new service . I tried to add two more line and they are saying canceled canโ€™t verify my identity ? If this order isnโ€™t rectified today I will be canceling 

If there is somebody from Verizon looking at this ***** order number and location code 1434901 in store pickup I am already a memenrr and they are telling me my order being canceled and thereโ€™s no information different . I will be canceling my service if this is an issue
