Outside cable box cover left unfastened / open

My outside cable box was left open / unbolted following a recent visit by a tech to upgrade my internet. I cannot get it re-closed / reattached myself and the main bolt is missing. I would like to have a Verizon tech come out and re-close the cover (or possibly even remove the box if all the cable hookups are old)
