I'd like to submit a positive recognition for Julie who helped me with a Trade-In issue. I got connected to her by calling Verizon's customer service phone number. She spent over a week working with Verizon IT to fix the issue and kept me up to date daily. She did a wonderful job and resolved my issue quickly (after I'd spent 8 hours of my own time trying to resolve with other agents and the online system). How can I provide her and her leader with a positive feedback review?
