Positive feedback - Stephan is wonderful.

I spent 2 hrs in a 3rd party retailer attempting to set up a new line and transfer my existing number to a different phone. I was charged a $35 fee in addition to Verizon's fees (without being told of such a fee at the get-go) and when I called the next day because I could not send/receive MMS on the new line, I was told they couldn't do much without me coming in to the store to waste more of my time. I'm a sucker for going to a 3rd party retailer, I got it.

I called Verizon and explained my situation, asking if the activation fee could be rescinded along with the new line, and to transfer my old number to my previous phone. Stephan worked overtime to resolve this issue for me. I have yet to see if the charges show up on my next statement but that will be another issue. The man worked almost an hour past his scheduled time, of his own volition, and that is an anomaly in service.

Lord knows if this post will be seen by anybody of authority as the opportunity for customer feedback seems to be non-existent for Verizon. Stephan is an asset and I hope his employer values him as such as he can surely take his services wherever he pleases. Thank you Stephan(:
