What is going on now Verizon!!!!!! 3 days ago I was able to retrieve previous usage logs for calling and texting, now when I try to access them the only thing it will allow me to see is data usage!!! I wish you would stop changing things around and making everything so much harder to get to and not tell us!

Have the same issue. Spent an hour with a rep and all they could say was from their end it looks like I have the same access. I explained I've been following the same routine for years so something has changed..

I have not tried contacting a rep yet, but I’ve tried logging in through a computer and on my phone and both ways are only showing data for both of my lines but no text and call logs. It’s ridiculous!

I have been downloading text and call logs for all lines for years as an account manager and now can no longer do it. I spent a long time chatting with a rep to no avail. I was asked how I was logging on and what steps I was taking..the same steps I have been taking for years. I am aware of cookies and cache and changing browsers as I have spent many years in IT and no solution.

We would be happy to help out with the concerns you have. Is this for legal purposes, or for you own personal use? Usually you would need a court order in order to get old messages and calls logs from your carrier, so this isn't uncommon. What steps were you using exactly? *Nevaeh

I cannot retrieve any of my previous call or text logs under “view previous usage”. The only option that is there is viewing the data used for each number. There isn’t even an option for texts or calls.

karaber11, we are sorry to hear your usage hasn't been loading for you. You can also find your usage on your billing statements, which are found under your My Documents and Receipts. Steps to locate your My Documents and Receipts→ https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-216361/ .
Is that loading experience occur on both the desktop website and your My Verizon app?

Here are the steps I have taken for the past 3 years until recently. Now I can see nothing.
1. Go to Account drop down
2. Clicked on "Usage"
3. Clicked on "Usage Overview"
4. Once on the usage overview page, I would scroll down to where it says "Usage Details"
5. On the right-hand side of the page, there was a hyperlink saying "View Previous Usage" that I would click on
6. From there I could see my past three billing cycles (90 days) of previous usage that included text logs of the numbers that were texted and call logs of the numbers called.
Now, I cannot see anything. It says there are no logs available. I am not asking for much, just to be able to access what I was able to access for the past 3 years.

By the way, I have tried on a web browser from my computer and my phone to no avail and I have tried using the app and it isn't working

Having the exact same issue...same routine for over 3 years than all a sudden no access except for my own line..fat chance but if you find a solution from a rep can you please message me or post the solution? I've been a system admin in a previous job and what I'm seeing is a permission issue. I can access the the previous text and call logs for my line..the other lines only data. Ive always been an account manager not account owner..

If you're logged into your My Verizon account and accessing the website online, you should be able to click on the Account tab on the top, and then choose Usage from the drop, followed by Usage Overview from the options that provides. From there, there will be a box telling you your used minutes and messages, with an option underneath for viewing minutes and viewing messages. Click on Message Details, and it should present each number, and how many messages have been used for each. Underneath that should be a log for each number.

Agree! They're quick to respond with messaging but offer no solution when they do. I've followed the same routine for years to access the text and call logs on all lines..not just my line. I'm an account manager on the account..not the account owner so they may have changed permissions..please post if you find a solution.
