Does anyone know when the problems with detailed data usage logs will be fixed?
As of two weeks ago, a support rep told me there is a global ticket for issues with the detailed logs (by date and time and amount of data) not being current. But at that time, at least i could go back to the previous month and see the detailed log for that month.
Now, when I go to my last month’s bill, the detailed data log only goes through September 6. My billing period ended September 21. All the data has been finalized and the report should run through September 21.
What is puzzling is that this feature worked perfectly for years. It’s not complicated. But it has had chronic problems over the last few months.
