Does anyone know when the problems with detailed data usage logs will be fixed?
As of two weeks ago, a support rep told me there is a global ticket for issues with the detailed logs (by date and time and amount of data) not being current. But at that time, at least i could go back to the previous month and see the detailed log for that month.
Now, when I go to my last monthโs bill, the detailed data log only goes through September 6. My billing period ended September 21. All the data has been finalized and the report should run through September 21.
What is puzzling is that this feature worked perfectly for years. Itโs not complicated. But it has had chronic problems over the last few months.

I know how important it is to keep track of ones usage, rknyc. I keep close tabs on my usage as well. You mentioned a mismatch with your billing cycle and the usage that you're trying to review. Can you tell me more about where you're trying to view these detailed data logs?

Thank you. Yes. In Usage, then View Previous Usage, then right above where the log starts, โdownload spreadsheet.โ This is last monthโs data which should run through September 21, but the last row in the spreadsheet is September 6.
if I go to my current month usage, the log stops at October 2 even though it is October 8. Normally these logs are current as of the current day. Up until October 2 it was current to within a few hours . Then after October 2 it stopped it is this issue that the global ticket is supposedly for

Just an update, this problem is still not fixed. I did get a call a couple of weeks ago from Verizon and the person finally seemed to understand the problem, and was taking screen shots and sending it to his colleague in IT. So hopefully they are working on it.
it is just so strange though that all of this functionality was working for years and years. Now that it doesnโt, it seems very challenging to fix a basic data import issue. If and when ifโs fixed Iโll report back.
