I’ve been a customer for 17 years and never experienced customer service like I have the last several months. I traded in a phone last April and was told I would get the $800 promotion and credited on each bill . I did the first couple of months and then they took it away. I’ve called 13 times and have spent hours on the phone. Everyone says it’s going to get escalated, yet, it’s still NOT fixed. I had the most expensive plan to start so I paid extra just to get the credit. Then they tell me I’m not on right plan and then tell me it doesn’t matter what plan I’m on. The most frustrating experience I’ve ever encountered. If I didn’t owe so much on the phone, I would gone. Just do the right thing and fix it. I don’t understand why that’s so difficult.
