So I dont know what topic to put this under but here is my situation. I downgraded my fios optic service online and have been ordered to return my equipment to designated location. When I go to return it to a designated Verizon store, the rep there told me that they didnt accept return and asked me to go to a different Verizon store???
I look on Verizon and it looks like they want me to get a return kit. Why didnt they tell me when I downgraded online I needed to return with return kit? If I return it successfully without a return kit, will they charge me even though I DID return it?
