Anybody else here have trouble getting any honest answers from the fake representatives on the app? Talking about we are helping multiple people but your issue is priority. Been lied to so much since I switched to Verizon. But I'm basically stuck now cuz they roped me into getting a new phone thru them. Bill is always high as heck so many extra charges on it. Then you ask them about it and you get bounced around like passing the buck. Then I live in Illinois and I am being charged other state taxes.
