I just got Fios internet this Monday, but when I log into my Verizon account it doesn't show I have Fios internet. It says I'm logged in as a guest.
I called to see if I could get it fixed but I was told it would eventually appear. I would be willing to wait if I wasn't worried about redeeming the rewards I had gotten from starting my account.
I hope someone can help me with this.
