what is going on since the update of smart family we have not been able to use the app. It will only get so far then it just keeps taking us back to the same screen. For something we're paying for and haven't been able to use in a week is very ridiculous. Has anybody been able get theirs to work? We have un installed and reinstalled the app multiple times along with restarting our phones. It's not working for any of us we have 5 lines
