Smart Family not working

@Anonymouswhat is going on since the update of smart family we have not been able to use the app. It will only get so far then it just keeps taking us back to the same screen. For something we're paying for and haven't been able to use in a week is very ridiculous. Has anybody been able get theirs to work? We have un installed and reinstalled the app multiple times along with restarting our phones. It's not working for any of us we have 5 lines

Same issue here. I asked question a few days ago and have written them in FB messenger and no reply. I don't know where they get off charging $10 a month for an app that is so buggy, quirky and now non-functional. This really hasn't improved in the last few years either.

I have the same issue   for over a week.   # different chats and 2 very long phone calls later no one has a clue.  I was promised a call or text back with a status on saturday after my call nothing. Called tech support with my incident number on saturday  and spent 1 1/2 hours still nothing was promised a call  or text back on monday. Here it is wednesday nothing and status page show only in progress and nothing more.  I was able to add 4 of my 5 lines, but for whatever reason can't add the 5th line.  In addition the lines that i was able to add have limited functions attached to them.  There should be someway to get the old version back given the issues and lost of function as I see on this forum.

Have you tried reaching out to the Verizon Family team directly via their email address? This information is found on the Play Store 'App support' section. If not, provide them any ticket numbers that you may have.
