We signed up for Verizon internet and one perk was that we would receive the Sunday nfl ticket for freee. We never received any info on how to register so I called them but first I had to go through the grueling robo chats that never answered any of my questions and when you ask to speak to an argent you have to go through a whole bother series of repeated questions until you finally can get a live person! Seems to be the general non customer service these days. When I finally went through( all the hoops and received my accessI then find out that itโs not really free you have to sign up for 10 dollars a month for utube tv (fine) but the big part is that you canโt even watch your own team in the same city no matter where they are playing so if your located in the Seattle area and you want to watch the Seahawks you never can watch them using this service! WHY EVEN HAVE IT? And why would the reps put it out there as a perk? Bad business practices for sure. I hope to provide this information to others who may fall victim to this. . .i guess that saying still stands nothing is as good as it may seem?
