I recently visited a TCC Verizon store and bought an iPhone. The salesman transferred the data from my old phone to the new one. I was charged for a “setup assistant multi-line”. At no time was I told there would be a fee. The store appears to be a official Verizon store- no signage indicating otherwise. And they charged this fee for 2 lines, even though I only bought 1 phone. I want this fee refunded.
