Terrible Customer Service

I have been a loyal Verizon customer for 16 years and I have to say that the customer service is terrible. Anytime I need to make a change it takes me 2-3 phone calls until I get someone who can help.
Today I called 4 times regarding a change I needed to make to my account and I have wasted over 2 hours and gotten nowhere. I am strongly considering leaving Verizon as a result of these experiences. I expect more from a major cellular carrier.
