I've called Verizon customer service multiple times and am at my wit's end trying to obtain the text log for the previous month's (December) billing cycle. Each time the representative guides me back to the same usage page where it says "no logs available." The number of minutes and texts used appears, so the data is available somewhere, but the call center reps cannot seem to figure it out. One said they put in a service ticket to have the info pulled and emailed to me, but when I called today there was no record of that request. Is there a team or particular mailbox I can reach out to and get this done? I don't want to continue wasting more time with the general call center being given the same scripted directions.
