Unable to log into Verizon Fios Account

Hi
I'm having trouble logging into my Verizon Fios account. I have the login credentials and the password. I'm not having trouble with Verizon taking out my payments from my banking account! I would like to be able to access my Verizon Fios account to update my email address. I've tried to do the forgot / change password option and that did not work, it wouldn't accept my zip code. The virtual assistant keeps asking me to sign in which isn't accepting my information either.
What can I do to fix this issue?

All the Fios stuff (accounts and forums) were merged with the mobile account system a year or 2 ago. Do you have a Verizon mobile account as well? If so, you need to merge your Fios account with the mobile one and then it will all appear when you login to your mobile account. I can give you a link for how to do it depending on whether you use the My Verizon app or if you use the Verizon website.
If you only have a Fios account and can't get into it anymore, that would be a question for CS...
