We moved to a property that is in rural area. For 911 purposes I have to update my actual address for my mobile phone account. Verizon system does not allow me to make the update and errors out as invalid address. I am aware we have no mail route, but for 911 purposes - how is it that Verizon is not allowing me to add my address? At this point I may have to go to a carrier that lets me use my actual address. I get it to not allow it for mailing but even that is making no sense - Google and Zillow can magically find my house... Verizon cant. I am at a loss what to do. Need a new phone and not sure I can do this with Verizon. Anyone has same issue?
