Unauthorized plan change

I just found out that a Verizon rep at a local store change my plan without my permission or signature. Iv been grandfathered in for 23 years with the nationwide unlimited data/text/talk along with Hotspot. I want it back. Do other feel the same as I wud or what u guys think I shud do ?
