I have updated and verified my Verizon profile with my new gmail.com address for months now. No matter who I talk to or how many times I verify the correct address for the website, Verizon still sends all notifications to my old cox.net email address. I have been trying to change this for several months now with no luck. I have called and also used the chat for service multiple times and just get told (incorrectly) it is already fixed and I have to just try again the next day (after they try to sell some added service to me).
I am just about ready to quit Verizon if this cannot be fixed. Any suggestions?
