Upgraded to 100/100 internet service - now getting 25/25.
No one at this company seems to know what they are doing.
If you speak with anyone with ANY role at this company, all they want to do is upsell you.
Downgraded from cable service to internet only with home phone service.
Received a bill with the old amount, internet speed was supposed to increase from 50/50 to 100/100 but it went DOWN to 25/25.
Have spoken to no less than 8 support reps in the past 2 weeks alone.
Spent at least 4 hours of my life on this issue now.
Each support rep I speak with messes tnings up more than the last rep.
How is this company still in business? Serious question.
Also looking for recommendations for another company that is competent and provides decent support and service.
I'm not paying any further bills from Verizon until these issues are confirmed resolved.
