I RECENTLY GOT VERIZON HOME SERVICE AND THEY INSTAL FTTF INSTEAD OF FDV AND SO WHAT THEY INSTALLED I DNT HAVE CALLER ID VOICEMAIL OR CALL WAITING AND WHEN I CALL TO COMPLAIN THEY REFUSE TO HELP THEY REFUSE TO GIVE ME FREE UNTIL ITHEY CAN GET SOMEONE DOWN
