I signed up for the Verizon Connections Disount Program on this past Friday. I submitted my paystub to show proof of my employment. I recieved the approval email today with the personal link to click on to enroll into the program. Here's where the problem and confusoion starts. Once I clink on the link I am brought to the main page on my "My Verizon" online account. I do not see where to enroll completely into the program or if im automatically enrolled once the link is clicked on. I went to the bill review section to see if any Verizon Connections Discount has been applied and it has not. When calling customer service, there is no help what so ever about this discount and the Verizon Connections Program doesnt even have their own representatives to asisst. This is very unhelpful. What should I do?????
