I want someone in Verizon to know how frustrating it is to call into Verizon and it feel like your dealing with a completely different entity from the store. The store and the customer service team that answers the calls should be all able to see the same all notes and assist with anything Verizon offers. I go to the store and run into a issue regarding a trade in, the manager was helpful and resolved the issue but it’s inconvenient that I couldn’t get the issue resolved by just calling into Verizon and speaking with anyone in the billing/ trade department. Feels like the right hand doesn’t talk to the left, and I think things should be more unified.
