Verizon Customer Service reps and Supervisors

I am saddened that Verizon Customer Service reps and Supervisors are poorly trained. For 4 hours on the phone, I was told misinformation from different representatives and I was made to feel like my issue was no concern to them. It’s horrifying that this acceptable. I will be researching different phone plans. Sad, sad company.
