Verizon FIOS Home offers promotional gift cards for new service. The gift cards can be redeemed for many things including a new phone purchase. Verizon says they can be used at a Verizon corporate store.
Only one problem, the employees at the store don't know how to use or apply the gift card. They blame it on FIOS Home and Mobile being two separate entities. 30 minutes on the phone with fios and they don't know how the store can do this. So they issue cards but the don't know how to redeem them at the store? Seriously?
